For complex situations: business ownership, concentrated positions, or multi-generational planning.
No. Surava Capital is committed to a fee-only model, meaning the only compensation we would receive is directly from the people we work with. We do not intend to accept commissions, referral fees, or revenue sharing from any fund company, insurer, or custodian.
The annual fee is intended to be a percentage of assets under management, billed quarterly in arrears based on your account's average balance for the quarter. The rate may decrease at higher asset levels. This is indicative and not yet in effect.
Ongoing Advisory is expected to carry a recommended minimum of around CHF 250,000 in investable assets. Plan Only is intended to have no minimum, as a starting point for those below that level.
Yes. Our intended advisory agreements would have no lock-in periods or early termination fees, with fees pro-rated to the date of termination.
